How do I cancel or reschedule my workouts?
Anytime you cannot make one of your normally scheduled sessions, please cancel it and always schedule a makeup.

What is the scheduling policy?
- If you're on the schedule, be here — no-shows will not be tolerated.
- All cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the workout starts.
- If you must late cancel (less than an hour before the start time), text (817) 696-9878 immediately so we can text the next person on the wait list. Late cancels should be for emergency situations only.
- If you cancel a workout, always reschedule. The only way we can help you is if you're here consistently.
How do I join the Facebook group?
ITS Family is our private, clients-only Facebook group where we post lots of great content to help you along your health and fitness journey. Request access here →
How do I contact my coach?
Shoot a text to the coaches' number at (817) 696-9878. All coaches see and respond to texts to this number.
Do you have workouts I can do when I can't be at the gym?
Yes! We have lots of online workouts for travel and busy weeks — just text your coach for the current link.
Can you help me with nutrition?
Yes, within scope. Each person is different so we coach each person differently around nutrition. Chat with any coach and we'll get you started.
How do I refer someone to ITS?
- Send them to our homepage and have them fill out the free trial form.
- Or text the gym phone at (817) 696-9878 with their name and phone number (email is even better).
Can I schedule an InBody scan?
You don't need to schedule it — you can do one before or after any workout. It takes about 10 minutes.
